Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022-23 has finished with a bang where Maharashtra took on Saurashtra in the final on December 2, Friday and Saurashtra won by 5 wickets as well. Ruturaj Gaikwad scored a century and guided his side to a total of 248 runs in their allotted overs. While chasing, Sheldon Jackson smashed an unbeaten 133 and helped his side reach the target within 47 overs.

Vasuki Koushik

Vasuki Koushik played a key role for Karnataka in the recently-concluded Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022-23. The engineer turned content developer turned professional cricketer finished the tournament as the leading wicket-taker with 18 wickets from 9 games. He also picked up a four-wicket haul and his wickets came at an average of 11.72 as well.

Jaydev Unadkat

Saurashtra captain Jaydev Unadkat also finished the competition as the highest wicket-taker, having scalped 19 wickets in 10 games which came at 17.0. His numbers also include a four-wicket haul and a five-fer as well. Moreover, the veteran left-arm pacer bowled at a sensational economy rate of 3.33 as well.

Vidhwath Kaverappa

Vidhwath Kaverappa finished as the third-highest wicket-taker in the Vijay Hazare Trophy 2022-23 with 17 wickets in 8 games. Kaverappa, who made his Karnataka senior-team debut in the Ranji Trophy 2022, has been in the limelight for quite some time now and he bowled at an economy of 3.54 as well. He also has scalped a four-wicket haul.
