The 2022 T20 Women’s Asia Cup started on October 1, with seven teams taking part in the tournament – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh, UAE, Malaysia and Thailand. A total of 24 matches will take place with the final match to be played on October 16 as well. However, all the matches will be played at the Sylhet International Cricket Stadium and Sylhet Outer Cricket Stadium.
However, Pakistan Women will take on Thailand Women in the Women’s Asia Cup T20 2022 on October 6, Thursday at Sylhet International Cricket Stadium in Sylhet. Pakistan are in good form and they are likely to play their best game in the tournament as well. Moreover, they have started with a win also. On the other hand, Thailand finished fourth in the ICC Women’s T20 World Cup Qualifier 2022 in Dubai as well. And, they are likely to do well in their tournament opener as well.
