Pakistan vs West Indies ODI: Key players to watch out for

Babar Azam

Skipper Babar Azam holds the key to Pakistan’s batting. He is one of the best batters out there and has proven his worth every now and then. He was sensational in the ODI series against Australia as he hit two centuries and a half-century in the three-match series. Windies will be wary of the Azam threat.

Shai Hope

The Windies opener can provide just the platform his team needs against a formidable opponent like Pakistan. His batting up top is crucial if West Indies are to beat Pakistan in the ODI series. He has been one of the key performers for Windies and is in fine form in the run up to the Pak series.

Shaheen Afridi

The quickie Shaheen Afridi has been the most reliant bowler for Pakistan in recent times. His performance will have a bearing on this series as well. West Indies will have to be clever to counter the threat he possesses.
