Both teams will be facing each other for the first time in the league. Samp Army are placed in the fourth position while the Northern Warriors are placed below them in the fifth position on the points table, with two wins out of six matches. They are already out of the competition which makes this game a dead rubber game.
Northern Warriors lost their last game against New York Strikers by five wickets despite posting a mammoth total of 143 runs on the board. The Samp Army, on the other hand, have already qualified for the tournament’s next stage. They have won four out of six matches and have a chance to finish in the second position if they win this game. They defeated the in-form Deccan Gladiators by 19 runs in their previous encounter. This game features some hard hitters and promises to be an entertaining clash.
