The West Indies are gearing up for their upcoming visit to South Africa. The Windies will visit South Africa for a two-match Test series, followed by a three-match limited-over series. The Test series will begin on February 28, followed by the ODI series on March 16, and the T20I series will begin immediately after the ODI series concludes on March 25. The West Indies recently defeated Zimbabwe in a two-match Test series.

After a draw in the first game, the Windies overpowered the Chevrons in the second game to win the series. Gudakesh Motie’s outstanding effort helped them win by innings and four runs. South Africa is also coming off an ODI series win against England. The Proteas won the first two matches of the series before losing the third. The series was won by a score of 2-1. Temba Bavuma was been chosen as South Africa’s next Test captain. The 32-year-old will captain his team against the West Indies.
