Jasprit Bumrah became the first Indian pacer to scalp six wickets in England in an ODI match. Bumrah achieved this feat during the first ODI of the three-match series against England at the Kennington Oval. Bumrah wreaked havoc on England batters in the power play. England registered their lowest ever total of 110 against India in ODIs. India chased past the target of 111 to take a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.

In Match 56 of the IPL 2022, Jasprit Bumrah took the 3rd best figures for a pacer in IPL’s history of the league. Jasprit Bumrah knocked over the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) batting line-up and proved to be a lethal weapon for his side, ripping through the KKR batting line-up, claiming a five-wicket haul in return for only 10 runs in his spell.
