Suryakumar Yadav is a professional cricketer who plays for India Internationally. He belongs to Ghazipur region of state Uttar Pradesh. Suryakumar got to play for India very late in his career, but right after representing India, he made a solid place for himself in the team. He is popularly known as SKY, which is the abbreviation of his name. He is also called Mr.360 by fans around the world. He was born on 14 September, 1990. Surya along with his family shifted to Mumbai, when he was just 10 years old. Suryakumar got fascinated by the game of cricket and seeing that, his father joined him in a cricket camp nearby. He plays for Mumbai Cricket team in the Ranji Trophy.
It was in March 2023 when host India were playing against Australia. It was a three match One Day International (ODI) series. India lost the series in their own country and this happened after a long streak of 4 years. Before that India won the Test series against Australia. Suryakumar is more of a T20 player, as he is a hard hitter and scores runs from all the directions. Seeing his outstanding form, he started getting opportunities to play ODI as well. Suryakumar was expected to score runs, but he failed miserably. He got out on all the three matches on the very first ball he faced. It was a “Duck Hat Trick” by Suryakumar. He became the second batsman to do so after legend Sachin Tendulkar.

In the first match against Royal Challengers Bangalore, he managed to score only 15 runs from 16 balls, a strike rate of less than 100. In his second match he scored only 1 run from 2 balls. Suryakumar again went on a duck in the third match of Mumbai Indians against Delhi Capitals. Surya is facing a very hard time with his form and this is the first time when he has scored so less consecutively.
