IPL 2023: Mumbai Indians, Predicted Playing XI

Mumbai Indians have been the most successful franchise in the Indian Premier League, they have won the IPL Thophy on 5 occasion. How ever, the 5 time champions had their worst season in the history of the IPL. Despite having a strong team, Mumbai Indians finished 10th on the points table, which came as a surprise to many. MI only won 4 matches of the 14 in 2022 season, they lost eight consecutive games, setting a record for the most consecutive defeats faced at the start of the season. There star player, Keiron Pollard will be seen taking the role of the batting coach in teh upcoming season.

Mumbai Indian wanted a like to like replacement for Pollard and bought Cameron Green for a whopping sum of INR 17.5 crore in the recently concluded IPL mini-auction. Jhye Richardson, Piyush Chawla, Duan Jansen, Vishnu Vinod, Shams Mulani, Nehal Wadhera and Raghav Goyal were they other players picked by them. Jofra Archer will be fit and ready to lead the bowling attack alongside Bumrah. There batting line up looks solid with a mix of youth and experience.
