On Sunday, October 30th, India will play South Africa in the ICC T20 World Cup 2022 match number 30. It is an important game for both sides as whoever wins this game will likely finish first in Group B. India has defeated Pakistan and the Netherlands in their two games, while South Africa has defeated Bangladesh and has one point from a game against Zimbabwe that was abandoned. Captain’s Bavuma form at the top order would be a concern for the Proteas.

India will be relying on Virat Kohli’s solid form. The former Indian captain has two consecutive fifty-scores at this World Cup and has not yet been dismissed. After hitting half-centuries against the Netherlands, Suryakumar Yadav and skipper Rohit Sharma came back to form and hence India’s batting lineup appears more dangerous. Surya, in fact, won Player of the Match for his performance against the Dutch. In order to defeat South Africa, who will be high on confidence following a brilliant performance against Bangladesh, India will need both their batting and bowling to be at their best.
