England Women (EN-W) will play against the India Women (IN-W) in the third T20I at the County Ground in Bristol on Thursday, September 15. Despite missing some of the key players, England beat India in the first T20I where Sarah Glenn and Sophia Dunkley starred with the ball and the bat to seal the deal as well. Meanwhile, India bounced back well in the second and levelled the series as well.
However, Team India’s vice-captain, as well as opener Smriti Mandhana, smashed a stunning 79* and helped India win in the second game after bowlers restricted the hosts to a below par. Meanwhile, they have a strong batting department featuring Shafali Verma at the top of the order, Harmanpreet Kaur, Deepti Sharma and others in the middle order. And, they will try to score well in the powerplay too. And, they will try to win in the third match as well as the series. With both teams looking for a win, a nail-biting game can be expected as well.
