Sri Lankan player Edirimuni Chamika Dinushan Perera Karunaratne, also known as Chamika Karunaratne was born on 29th May 1996. He is a professional badminton player too. He made his international debut for Sri Lanka in February 2019 whereas in December 2018, he was added to the Sri Lanka team for the 2018 ACC Emerging Teams Asia Cup. In January 2019, he was added to Sri Lanka’s Test squad for the second Test against Australia. He made his debut in Tests against Australia on 1st February 2019.
