The NBB Brazil of Pato vs Sao Jose will be held on October 17, 7:30 PM (International Time), and October 18, 4:00 AM (Indian Time).
The Pato will go against Sao Jose in the NBB Brazil match on October 17 at Ginasio do Sesi (Pato Branco). This Saturday, the 15th, at 7 p.m., at NBB 15, So José Basketball makes its debut against Corinthians in the Wlamir Marques gym. After two seasons away from the country’s premier basketball championship, the José team will play in this game. Argentine coach Sebastián Figueredo, who was a member of the So José Basketball CBB championship squad, stated that the team is ready to tackle the major competition in the nation. Both Sebastián Figueredo and winger Dimitri Sousa, who is 27 years old and has played much of his career in Europe and even had a call-up to the Brazilian national team, will make their NBB debuts.
“I’ve spent my whole professional career playing abroad, so I’ve always wanted to play in the NBB. Making my comeback has been incredibly special, and competing for the top Brazilian basketball teams is an added incentive. The expectations are high, the Campeonato Paulista was great for our squad to gel and develop, we had successful home games, and now it’s time to use what we’ve learned and progress even more in the NBB,” the winger says. The opponent on Saturday, Corinthians, ended in eighth place in the Paulista Championship, ahead of Oscar So José Basketball in seventh. The teams went off against one another twice throughout the state competition, with one win each time. José won at Ginásio Linneu with a score of 91–87, while the Corinthians triumphed at Wlamir Marques with a score of 89–80.
