The match is of Belgium vs South Korea. There are 12 national teams that are competing in the FIBA Women’s Basketball World Cup in Sydney from September 22 to October 1, with 38 games scheduled to be contested over those ten days. Each team in the group plays the other team once during the course of the first seven days of group play. The top four teams from each group advance to the knockout stage, with clubs earning two points for victories and one point for draws.

Eight teams will compete in the quarterfinals, and the pairings and bracket placement will be decided by a draw before to the knockout stage. The two top-ranked teams from each group (Group A and Group B) will play the third and fourth-place teams from the opposing group. The event continues on Friday, Sept. 30 with two semifinal matches, with the winners moving on to the gold-medal match on Saturday, Oct. 1. On October 1, the losers of each semifinal will compete for bronze.
