Geelong-Korea will go against Perth in the Australia ABL on November 26 at Geelong Baseball Centre. On Sunday afternoon at the Narrabundah Ballpark, the Canberra Cavalry lost to the Auckland Tuatara by the score of 8 runs to 0. They were unable to rally after seeing their game slip away early. Kamu Tsuchida’s single on a 1-0 count resulted in a run for the Tuatara, who took the lead in the second inning. From that point on, it was only the visitors’ way, as they added seven more runs on fourteen hits. To ensure the outcome was unquestionable, they scored five runs in the third inning and two more in the ninth. Auckland Tuatara’s Toru Murata won the match. The pitcher lasted five innings, allowing only two hits and no runs while also walking no one and striking out four.
In relief out of the bullpen, Wei-Chun Weng, Chase Walter, and Elliot Johnstone all contributed to their team’s success. For the Home team, Rhys Niit accepted the defeat. During his two-and-a-third innings of work, the pitcher gave up six runs on seven hits. In four at-bats, Boss Moanaroa led the Cavalry with two hits. Robbie Perkins had the most field opportunities for his team with nine, while the home team didn’t make a single mistake.

To play the Brisbane Bandits in a 4-game series, the team will travel for the first time this season the following weekend.
