Brisbane will go against Auckland in the Australia ABL on November 11 at Viticon Stadium. The Auckland Tuatara, a team comprised of local baseball legends, are gearing up for their first game since 2020. They are traveling to Brisbane to face the Bandits as their ABL season gets underway now that the pandemic interruptions are in the past. While trying to shake off the ring rust, manager Steve Mintz stopped to speak with Jason Pine on Sportstalk.
Ahead of their third season in the Australian Baseball League, the Auckland Tuatara were forced to rebuild inside and outside the Diamond. Two years ago, the Tuatara made history.
