Thirteen men's and thirteen women's athletics events will be held at the European Indoor Athletics Championships 2023.

The Ataköy Arena in Istanbul, Turkey, will host the 2023 European Athletics Indoor Championships from March 2 to March 5, 2023. Although the site hosted the 2012 World Indoor Championships, this will be the first time the event will be held in this nation. Thirteen men’s and thirteen women’s athletics events will be held during three morning sessions and four afternoon sessions during the four-day competition, which will take place in the Republic of Turkey’s centennial year. More than 600 athletes representing 51 nations will compete in a continental indoor competition. Elite athletes like Marcell Jacobs, Karsten Warholm, Jakob Ingebrigtsen, Miltiadis Tentoglou, Pedro Pichardo, Femke Bol, Malaika Mihambo and Nafissatou Thiam will light up the atmosphere with their presence.
