Chopra, who won a historic silver at the World Athletics Championships in Oregon, United States last month was forced to pull out of the Commonwealth Games due to a groin injury. However, while watching from the sidelines he congratulated the entire Indian contingent who finished 4th at the Games with 61 medals in total.
