Gujarat Titans (GT) will taken on Mumbai Indians (MI) in the match 51 of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2022 season on May 6 (Friday) at the Brabourne Stadium in Mumbai. GT, led by Hardik Pandya, was dominated by Punjab Kings (PBKS) in their previous match as they fell to their second defeat of the season. Despite the defeat, the Gujarat side remains at top of the table and would be hoping for a return to winning ways soon. In a rather forgettable season, MI clinched their first victory of the season in the match against Rajasthan Royals. The Rohit Sharma-led side can no longer qualify for the playoffs but will be looking to end the season on a high by winning their remaining matches. They remain at the bottom of the table, which makes the match a contest between the teams at the top and bottom of the table.
