Many players wish they could play trios in Warzone 2 with an odd number of teammates. Thankfully, Trios was added to the game as part of the December 8 playlist update. For most players, dropping in Warzone is mostly about playing two modes — Quads and Solos, but that might not be everyone’s cup of tea.
Some players prefer playing duos with their friends, while others would enjoy playing Trios. With time, every type of mode has become available in the original Warzone, but not at the same time, which has annoyed many players who witness their preferred mode being cycled out.
Well, with Warzone 2 coming out, these problems have come up again. Modes are getting cycled out for others to have some room in the game, and that’s annoying a lot of players.

The mode wasn’t included at the time of launch, however, Raven Software announced on December 8 that Trios are now available on the game. Earlier, players were only able to play the mode in the third-person mode, but the developers removed the Third PErson mode from the game.
Players can always opt to play with a Trio in the quads mode, but that could make an uneven lobby and also put players at a disadvantage in some scenarios. So, while some players will jump into action with a man down, others might want to stay away from this mode.
Some players were unimpressed by the company’s move to remove Third Person Trios. CoD content creator BearPig wrote: “I feel like removing 3rd person is the WZ2 equivalent of Removing Rebirth.” Other players were pleased to have good old Trios back in the game, but the update didn’t work for all the players.
