CM Punk and FTR vs. Max Caster and The Gunn Club

The first bout pitted CM Punk and the FTR against The Gun Club, Max Caster, Anthony Bowens, and Billy Gunn. Punk faced the Gunn Club and Max Caster in a trios match alongside Ring of Honor tag team champions . Punk’s connection with the FTR led to an easy win for him, as he rocked Austin with a devastating ‘go to sleep’ to clinch an easy pin. The introduction of Hiroshi Tanahashi as Punk’s opponent at Forbidden Door was huge, putting a great bow on what had been a fantastic opening to the programme.

Winner: CM Punk and FTR

After the beatdown by Wardlow in Double-or-Nothing, MJF came to the ring enraged. In AEW Dynamite MJF entered the ring with a live microphone and a boatload to convey. All to Tony Khan. Also, he mentioned how Tony favours ex-WWE wrestlers rather than their own. It was so intense that MJF’s mic was cut-off. The “pipe-bomb” dropped by MJF really showed how angry and how disappointed he is by Tony’s management. He also said Tony should be behind the rails sitting as a fan rather running the compnay.

Johnny Elite vs. Miro

Johnny Elite made an open challenge and for his surprise Miro returned and they fought and excellent battle. Miro controlled the play, brushing off Elite’s attempts at prolonged offensive and tapping him out to Game Over for the decisive win. It was an easy win for Miro. Even coming after month’s Miro still feels the same roll. It was a grat return for Miro as he was able to crush Elite in the bout and gain the victory.

Winner: Miro

Following the commercial break, Chris Jericho, Matt Menard, Angelo Parker, and Jake Hager of The Jericho Appreciation Society entered the ring to commemorate the faction’s conquest over Blackpool Combat Club, Santana, Ortiz, and Eddie Kingston at Double or Nothing. Before Ortiz assaulted Jericho and chopped his hair, Kingston interfered and incited a brawl. When William Regal issued the offer for Blood and Guts between the two teams, Jericho stated that he would only accept if Ortiz agreed to a Hair vs. Hair battle versus The Wizard. He did so, and the matches became official.

Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus, Christian Cage, Darby Allin and Matt Hardy vs. Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Hikuleo

Jungle Boy and Luchasaurus of AEW teamed up with mentor Christian Cage, Darby Allin, and Matt Hardy to face the Bucks’ Matt and Nick Jackson, RedDragon’s Kyle O’Reilly and Bobby Fish, and Hikuleo of New Japan Pro-Wrestling. The action was quick and fierce, scarcely allowing supporters to catch their breath. Jurassic Express shone, Allin pounced on O’Reilly and Fish, and Hardy held his own against the Bucks. But it was Matt and Nick Jackson who came back to win for their squad, delivering the Meltzer Driver to fellow Californian Jungle Boy to re-establish momentum after Sunday’s setback.

Winner: Matt Jackson, Nick Jackson, Kyle O’Reilly, Bobby Fish, and Hikuleo

Tony Schiavone spoke with The Fallen Goddess, Athena Palmer, the newest member to the AEW women’s division. TBS champion Jade Cargill, nasties Red Velvet and Kiera Hogan, and new PR Stokely Hathaway all stopped before the newcomer could say anything. Before a tense staredown between the heels and Palmer, Anna Jay, and Kris Statlander, Hathaway delivered a nasty attack on Palmer.

Wardlow vs. JD Drake

As for AEW Elite, it was Wardlow’s first bout.Wardlow wasted little time in resuming his winning ways, squashing JD Drake of The Workhorsemen and finishing him with his powerbomb symphony finisher. Following the contest, “Smart” Mark Sterling appeared with security and said that he is suing Wardlow on behalf of venue security. Wardog retaliated by powerbombing one of the guards. Wardlow made it a quick match and wrapped JD Drake fast.

Winner: Wardlow

Ruby Soho and Toni Storm vs. Dr. Britt Baker DMD and Jamie Hayter

Dr. Britt Baker and Jamie Hayter sought to keep their winning streak going in the Owen Hart Foundation Women’s Tournament as they faced the team of Ruby Soho and Toni Storm in an intriguing tag team bout. Baker and Hayter dominated the action until a quick tag to Storm started a babyface comeback in what was perhaps the finest women’s bout in recent weeks. The fight was very back and forth until Storm came out of nowhere and pinned Baker for a convincing win. The game was considered one of the greatest women’s matchups in recent weeks.

Winner: Ruby Soho and Toni Storm

Jon Moxley vs. Daniel Garcia

In the continuance of the conflict between Jericho Appreciation Society and the Blackpool Combat Club, Jon Moxley felt the repercussions of Sunday’s Anarchy in the Arena, his face painted with the customary crimson mask as he confronted Daniel Garcia. The main event featured Jon Moxley vs. Daniel Garcia in the final match. Garcia, despite being young and inexperienced, managed to outwrestle Jon for the most of the bout, while Chris Jericho attempted to intervene only to be cut off by Eddie Kingston. The seasoned Moxley took advantage of the situation and choked Garcia with the bulldog choke to secure the victory.

Winner: Jon Moxley
